Mercury Talent are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive within an innovative and expanding company within the construction services industry .
Your responsibilities will include liaising with clients over the telephone (occasional client meetings on a face-face basis) to promote and expand business potential. As well as new business sales generation your role will include:
• Liaising with a database of repeat clients to secure regular sales
• Up selling on quotes to secure sales and going the extra mile to make the client's world different.
• Advising clients on technical and non-technical issues
• Achieve the Businesses Key Performance Indicators
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with some previous sales or marketing experience. The ability to work in a busy and forward thinking environment. Experience of updating a database/CRM system as well as have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Word and Excel.
