Are you a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who is looking for a teaching post to see you through to the end of the academic year?
Reed Education are working with Schools in the North and North East Lincolnshire area who are requiring a HLTA to join them as soon as possible.
It is an exciting time to join an Academy/School who work collaboratively with other schools in a strong and successful Trust model, with strong leadership and management that ensures a productive learning environment that is positive and calm throughout.
This ensures that support staff benefit from excellent levels of support, both in class and in terms of any planning and assessment. You will join a successful department of like-minded teachers, support staff and Early Years Practitioner who work towards a collective goal.
You will work with Early Years through to KS2 teaching generally or supporting by working with pupils in small groups. You may also be required to cover PPA sessions and plan those as well.
The school are keen to find the right person, therefore welcome applications from unqualified HLTA's and experienced practitioners alike.
"As Reed's specialist Support consultant in the North and North East Lincolnshire area I have worked closely with schools for some time. They are set in wonderful grounds located close to accessible motorways, meaning access is easy and the view outside the window is always pleasant! The School has full time teaching staff, part time teaching staff and countless members of educational support, all of which will work hard to make you feel welcome and supported. I've always had really positive feedback from any staff I have sent to Schools in this area, and see this as a great opportunity for a HLTA looking to make sure they've got consistent work till the end of term. This opportunity might well leave an option for permanency"
The successful candidate will:
-Be able to teach confidently to EYFS through to Key Stage 2.
-No subject specialism is required but you will be asked to plan for the none core subject within Schools.
-Use enthusiasm and be resourceful to ensure that students are engaged and excel within the lesson.
-Hold HLTA Status or an equivalent
If you feel that this position would be ideal for you please click APPLY or alternatively contact Charlotte Crane in the Scunthorpe branch for more information.
Reed Education are committed to Child Protection, therefore all candidates will be required to provide employment and personal references, and undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and List 99 check.
