Due to the increased demand for teaching assistants, REED Education are recruiting for a number of SEN special schools for supply learning support assistants across Northamptonshire. We work with a number of special needs settings, from physical disabilities to behavioural settings who require enthusiastic and resilient teaching assistants to work in both a short term and long term capacity for REED Education.
The successful candidates will demonstrate: -
• A dynamic, flexible and creative personality.
• Experience working with students at both primary and secondary ages. SEN experience in either an education or care setting, or in a personal capacity is highly desirable, but not essential.
• A desire to deliver or support the delivery of differentiation and promoting independent learning.
Working in partnership with Reed Education as a SEN teaching assistant, you will receive: -
• Ongoing personalised support with a experienced SEN specialist recruitment consultant who is an ex-teacher.
• Regular and tailored provision of day-to-day, long-term and permanent work.
• Competitive rates of pay and support with incurred expenses.
• Professional CPD including Team Teach training.
