Job share considered. Fixed term contract up to 31 March 2021.

Part time or Full time (up to 37 hours/week).

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per year FTE

Citizens Advice Shropshire are recruiting on behalf of the Black Country Cluster Pension Wise partnership.

We are looking to employ 2.5 FTE (92.5 hours) for our partnership in the following areas: Shropshire, Wolverhampton & Birmingham, and Worcestershire & Gloucestershire & Herefordshire. The exact locations will be discussed and agreed prior to appointment.

Successful applicants will be directly employed by one of our partners: Citizens Advice Shropshire or Citizens Advice Wolverhampton or Worcester Citizens Advice Bureau & WHABAC. Successful applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post and be able to work flexibly when required.

In this role, you will deliver a specialist quality service to customers eligible for the pensions guidance service who have complex pension scenarios by supplying accurate, personalised, relevant information and guidance on their pensions options and choices.
