Job Title: Maintenance Person
Reports To: Practice Manager
Hours: 10 hours per week
Role: This is a part time role to assist the practice Managers of both Practices with the maintenance and upkeep of the Practice premises.
The duties: will include but are not limited to; the general up keep and maintenance of the Practice Building, the general up keep and maintenance of the gardens and car park facilities and all other general duties relating to the operation of the Practice as instructed by the Practice Managers.
Hours: The working week is 10 hours, Monday to Friday with 2 hours per day between 08.00 and 10.00. There is a requirement for some flexibility around these times.
Equipment: A fully resourced, dedicated tool store is provided by the Practice.
Employment: This role is offered on either an employee or self employed basis dependent upon the applicants circumstances.
