Our client is looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their team for a 6-8 week period.
This job role is based in Cwmbran and is an immediate start.
The job role will involve the following duties:
- Data analysing from suppliers and internal sources
- Liaising with clients in regards to catalogue information
- Support testing and escalating any failures or system issues to the project manager
- Create supplier catalogues in P2P system or templates
- Creating process guides and manuals to support the system
The ideal candidate will need the following:
- P2P based background
- Experience in using catalogues within an ordering/P2P system
- Excellent attention to detail is essential
