Telesales Consultant, Cardiff, South Wales
Resolve Recruitment are working with a leading provider of work-based learning in the UK. They help thousands of learners each year develop their careers through Apprenticeships and now seek a Telesales Business Development Consultant to sell the solutions.
The role:
- Based in the Cardiff office, you will increase revenue for the business from new and existing customers by finding new learners for Apprenticeships
- You will be establishing the needs of a variety of sized clients through intense and thorough questioning whilst building very successful relationships
- This will be achieved through cold calling, new business pitches
The person:
- A proven track record in any telesales environment exceeding targets/KPI's etc
- Resilient, money hungry and driven
- A good level of outbound sales experience B2B or B2C
- Account management expertise also required for repeat client revenue
The rewards:
- Basic salary of up to £21,000
- Uncapped OTE (up to £12,000)
