Claims Handler - Jewellery Insurance

The key importance for their continued success is to provide the highest level of support by building strong professional relationships with clients. and invest time when assisting individual claims whilst ensuring all claims are settled inline to all customers requirements and insurance policies.
As a Claims Handler you will be reliable and able to take ownership delivering first class customer service at all times. All claims is to settled in line with our clients requirements and the customer`s insurance policy.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to
* Liaise with policy holders and Insurance companies
* Have the ability to work to deadlines
* Achieve monthly targets
* To establish the most cost effective solution for the customers
* To arrange replacement/repair of items - lost or damage
You must be a team player who is highly organised with the ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment.
You will be Jet 1 or 2 qualified with experience within the fields of the Jewellery trade or Pawn Broking industry. Be computer literate with the knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Salary is £18,000 to £23,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus.
Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Great working shift patterns between 08:00am and 18:00pm, Monday to Friday
