Temporary Outbound Caller Responsibilities

  • Recording details relating to customer contact in an accurate manner
  • Building a rapport with customers to ensure volume business
  • Handling enquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Processing payments for new and existing customers
  • Working amongst team members to meet KPIs consistently

Temporary Outbound Caller Requirements

Due to the varied nature of the role, you will need to be proactive and organised, capable of communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals.

The client is looking for a confident, outgoing and articulate individual who is able to develop and build relationships with clients. You will have a background in Customer Service and will have confidence when handling difficult situations. Your telephone manner will be excellent, and you will be flexible in your working approach.
