  • Partner with key leaders across the business to identify and prioritize Data & Integrations needs and transform those needs into deliverable assets
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of Data & Integrations from definition to prototyping, testing, productionisation and ongoing monitoring for accuracy/recency
  • Own the target architecture for Wagestreams Data & Integrations infrastructure and manage the work towards that architecture over time
  • Be able and willing to act as an individual contributor developing large swaths of code while simultaneously working on building the team

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 12+ years experience in software engineering or related technical field
  • 8+ years experience managing technology teams
  • Experience leading data science or analytics teams

  • Demonstrated track record recruiting Sr Engineers and ML practitioners

What’s in it for you:

  • Salary: £90,000 plus equity
  • Flexible working schedule
  • Mac equipment and ergonomic workstation, customized to your specs
