As HR Advisor, you will form part of the HR Shared Services team providing HR advisory and support to key stakeholders within the business and externally as required in line with service level agreements. The role will contribute to many people processes related to the employee life cycle.

The role will be first point of contact for all HR related queries over the phone and email and subsequently will provide HR advisory services to stakeholders, in line with company HR policies and procedures. It will work closely with the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) as a point of escalation for complex queries.

The role will support the delivery of reward and recognition activities across the business, including recognition and benefits, the annual pay review performance management processes and other reward related projects. In addition to this, it will work closely with the HRBPs and Talent Team to deliver support to recruitment and succession planning processes.

The role will also involve maintaining HR and Learning Management systems to allow for quality data so that analysis and reporting can be carried out. In addition to this it will work closely with Procurement and Finance departments to manage HRs Purchase Order requisition process and accruals

You will have previous experience working as an HR Advisor, preferably within a similar industry. Broad HR technical expertise is required and the ability to provide professional advice across the full suite of HR competency areas. You must be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner, engage and influence a broad range of people. You will have strong business acumen and a customer focus, understanding of the commercial implications of HR and how people solutions can ensure business effectiveness and results. It is essential that you have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and demonstrable experience of using data to produce useful management information. You will have working knowledge of key IT applications such as Microsoft Office and HR systems such as SAP/Success Factors.  Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or working towards.
