We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join the friendly team of our well- established Horncastle client. As well as exceptional admin skills you will pride yourself on your excellent organisational skills. The Administrator will report to the Administration Manger and will take specific responsibility for supporting the Engineering Department. As an experienced Administrator you will be passionate about working in an accurate and orderly manner.

Key Administrator responsibilities:

  • Arranging training and keeping records regarding Safe Systems of Work
  • Entering work orders on IFS and complete as required
  • Organise contractors work scheduling and associated paperwork (permits etc)
  • Scan and file service records
  • Ensure all RAM’s / Public Liability insurance is up to date
  • Issue weekly check sheets
  • Schedule planned maintenance onto system
  • Collect data for recording engineering working hours
  • Maintain engineering holiday schedule register
  • Book engineering training courses as necessary (on and off site)

Administrator – personal specification:

  • Good standard of education – English and Maths
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook
  • A good communicator and team player
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good sense of humour
