We are a busy wholesale office environment who are looking for an accounts assistant to join our team. You will need to be able to work quickly and accurately to fixed deadlines and possess excellent IT skills.
Duties will include Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger management, Banking and preparation of accounts and management information.
Key Skills - competent in:-
Microsoft Excel and Word
Maintaining financial records and administration
Attention to detail to produce accurate information
Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise work load
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
AAT or proven experience in accounts based role
due to location applicant must have driving license and own transport
