Are you an experienced telesales executive with experience of service/consultative sales?

This company has been retained by a leading provider of Forensic Science solutions that review and challenge prosecution evidence and regularly have a significant impact on the outcome of cases.

They are currently seeking a part-time Telesales Executive (working approx. 24 hours per week) to be based at their offices in Wantage, Oxfordshire, with some flexibility for home working in the future.

This role will pay up to GBP22,000 basic (the full time equivalent salary would be GBP36,667) plus on target earnings of a further GBP10,000 per annum.

As the Telesales Executive your primary objective will be to target existing and new legal firms to offer solutions that will help challenge prosecution evidence and to target Veterinary Surgeries to offer forensic training to veterinarians.

You will be working closely with the Marketing Manager, establishing the target list, coordinating campaigns and making subsequent follow-up calls to articulate the portfolio of services that are offered.

Your key responsibilities as a Telesales Executive will include:
- Establishing a target list of prospects in the UK alongside the Key Account and Marketing Managers
- New business development and lead generation in a variety of forensic disciplines, including Veterinary services, training, and Forensic Defence and Prosecution services
- Following a sales plan that identifies the frequency of calls, proposition to market and the key benefits of using our services
- Creating, building, maintaining and developing long lasting relationships with new and existing clients via telephone and email
- Nurturing prospects through the sales funnel through to successful execution, delivering against sales targets
- Overcoming objections through a solution led approach to selling
- Reviewing your sales pipeline with the MD on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised
- Collating all information on a CRM, ensuring data is analysed effectively
- Attending and contributing to team meetings.
