Salary: up to £27,500 plus 5% end of contract bonus

We require an experienced travel administrator/coordinator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and execute a cost effective travel service.
Key Job Responsibilities
" To manage the EMEA-wide cost effective travel service for PFE.
" To liaise with the existing approved corporate travel function for Microsoft.
" Will be required to help PFE team to achieve overall performance targets.
" To execute PFE travel bookings on a day to day basis for PFE staff.
" To arrange block bookings e. for corporate events.
" To be the 'go-to' PFE trusted advisor for all travel related matters including: visas, travel bookings etc.
" Solid experience of working in a travel booking function.
" Ability to multi-task and juggle projects - Project management experience.
" Proven track record of helping to drive down international travel costs for a large organisation.
" Requirement for English (and local region) language skills (written and spoken).
" Good proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Exchange/Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
" Good interpersonal and communication skills.
" Highly organised.
" Team Player.
" HNC/HND/Degree Preferred.
