The Role
The Trainee Recruiter position is responsible for the generation of candidates across a specific discipline using all attraction methods available. The Trainee Resourcer will work closely with consultants to resource for hard to find vacancies and will be responsible for building a specialist area within a defined sector and geographical region.
The Responsibilities
*
* Actively participate in daily target meetings
* Advertising for candidates through job boards
* Search and select candidates via various means such as; job boards, referrals, Social Media etc.
* Generation of recommendations / referrals
* Build a candidate pool within a specialised area
* Contacting candidates to brief them on the role and assess suitability.
* Arranging and coordinating interviews, meetings and briefs.
* Submit candidates to clients
* Achieve your monthly KPI's as defined within your Monthly Action Pan (MAP)
* Upholding the highest level of customer service and best practices at all stages
* Contribute and work towards a positive, friendly and competitive office environment
* Uphold the Company Values at all times
Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience within a sales or telephone sales-based role
* Previous office experience is essential
* High computer literacy skills
* A good level of education
* UK driving license is desirable
