Office Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office or facilities manager to join this exclusive client on a full or part-time basis. You will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office and assistant the directors with day to day duties.

Office Manager Responsibilities

Some of your main responsibilities as Office Manager will include:

  • Diary management
  • Managing suppliers and contractors
  • Pricing and quoting for events
  • Assisting with promotional activity
  • Ensuring regular safety checks are carried out

Office Manager Experience

As the Office Manager it is essential that you have worked in a similar position and can comfortably liaise across all levels. If you have any experience with event management this would be beneficial but is not essential. You will be well organised with high attention to detail. If you have experience of managing a small team this would also be beneficial.
