Role

I am looking for someone with extensive experience of the company formation industry to join our growing company in the Customer Service Team. Your job will be to liaise with customers and potential customers by live chat, telephone and email to ensure their queries in relation to company formation are answered accurately, promptly, and with expertise.

- Bring a wealth of industry experience to the customer service team
- Process additional company secretarial product orders
- Multi-task by answering calls, LiveChat and email functions to communicate with customers on a daily basis

Skills Required

- Able to absorb complex information quickly
- Able to work with an exceptional efficiency and to strict deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic
- Calm under pressure
- Very high level of written and verbal English
- Very fast typing speed
- Excellent customer service skills

Expertise/Knowledge required

- Extensive knowledge in the company formation industry
- Have worked in a role with a large element of written communications to customers
- Have worked in a role involving high-volumes of work

Desirable Expertise

- Company secretarial and product expertise - e. share transfers, apostilled documents etc - desired
- Have communicated with customers, as a core function of your job, by telephone, email and live chat

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
