Paralegal/ Legal Advisor- maternity cover FTC
BPS World are recruiting for a Paralegal/ Legal Advisor. Our key client works in partnership with some of today's most inspiring brands. Through trusted relationships with all their partners, they take brands into new categories and explore and exploit technology to deliver excellence in the design and performance in their products.
We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join their evolving Legal team to support with day-to-day legal and compliance administrative workload, with a focus on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, legal terms, documents and procedures.
As the Paralegal, you will ideally possess the following:
* Law degree or relevant experience of working in a legal setting
* Solid legal knowledge and ability to identify key legal risks
* Ability to work in a faced-paced and dynamic environment
* Clear communicator, able to provide senior management and other business units with advice that is clear and to the point
