Sales Negotiator, Dorset, Up to GBP25,000 plus OTE
You are an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to further develop your career within a well-established, premium company. Our client, specialists within the high-end property sector, pride themselves on constantly maintaining, professionalism, honesty and integrity with a passionate and confident approach to the business. As Sales Negotiator, you'll be responsible for building close relationships with vendors and prospective buyers, going 'above and beyond' to provide an outstanding service.
Responsibilities as Sales Negotiator:
* Conducting viewings for prospective buyers, providing a sound knowledge and understanding of the properties
* Negotiating and selling high-quality properties, guiding sales through the entire process through to completion
* Building close relationships both internally and externally with prospective buyers and vendor, providing a quality service at all times
* Carrying out in depth evaluations providing an accurate value to a property, offering a 'above and beyond' service, suggesting and advising on potential improvements
Skills as Sales Negotiator:
* Experience working within an estate agent as a Sales Negotiator with strong negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a clear and confident manner with face to face interaction
* A proactive and hardworking individual who can use their own initiative and looks to constantly personally develop
* An extremely organised individual with good time management skills; always arriving to meetings punctual and professionally presented
