Recruitment Resourcer

Are you an experienced, project focused resourcer looking for an opportunity to work for a world leading organisation?

Our client who offers expertise in every aspect of the built environment, is looking to appoint a resourcer to join the team where you will have the opportunity to be part of a high profile project that will have the potential to transform the future of their industry. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and HR Business Partner to map out the resource requirements, you will create a project plan which you will track and report on progress throughout.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Experienced in proactively sourcing candidates for a variety of roles.
• Able to quickly understand the business requirements and translate that into a recruitment brief.
• Experienced in writing online recruitment adverts.
• Ability to identify and manage multiple agency suppliers.
• Structured, organised approach to work.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Construction Industry knowledge highly desirable.
