Premier Pathways Trainee Teacher - Birmingham
Premier Pathways is an innovative graduate teacher training programme which unites schools, training providers and education specialists in developing outstanding new teachers.
Delivered by leading UK educational organisations, including the University of Buckingham, our unique teacher training route has been designed with accessibility in mind. Determined to provide any exceptional graduate with a financially viable route into an exciting career within the education sector, Premier Pathways offers a paid route to gaining a PGCE with QTS free of tuition fees.
Our mission is simple: equip passionate graduates with the practical teaching experience, pedagogical knowledge and consistent support required to grow into an outstanding classroom practitioner.
Through a comprehensive and structured 2-year development plan, our aspiring teachers benefit from commencing their training as a Teaching Assistant. Permitted the time in year one to embed and observe good practice within their new work environment, our trainees are thoroughly prepared for the additional responsibility that comes with the PGCE in year two.
Tailored uniquely to every individual completing the course, Premier Pathways offers flexibility in the pace and environment within which you train. You determine the school and the rate you adopt teaching responsibility, ensuring that you are continuously best placed to be successful.
Whether you aspire to become a primary school teacher and give pupils the best start to their education or share your advanced subject knowledge as a secondary school teacher, Premier Pathways will accelerate you toward an exciting teaching career.
If you believe that this fantastic Premier Pathways Trainee Teacher opportunity in Birmingham is what you have been waiting for, apply today! Send your CV to Luke Bacciochi at EduStaff.
Please note: due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted
