Recruitment Resourcer needed for the Leeds branch of Bradshaw Bretton
Due to rapid growth we are looking for a talented Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy office in Leeds. Your new role As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be generating new nursing and healthcare candidates to place with both NHS and private sector clients. You will write adverts to display various job boards to keep new applications and candidates coming through to the rest of the team. You will conduct face to face and phone screening interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for agency work, assist candidates with the registration and right to work documentation needed to become compliant for work and updating all required information on our database.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven track record of working in a similar role whether as an Administrator or Resourcer and extensive IT skills are essential. Given the nature of this role you'll also need to demonstrate an organised approach to your work and an ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You must be able to work to strict deadlines and benchmark targets, whilst multi-tasking, prioritising workloads and work as part of a team. You'll need an eye for detail and a meticulous work ethic to ensure that the data and compliance records are accurate and complete.
