Conveyancing Legal Executive
Our client, a well-regarded high-street practice with superbly situated offices in Kent are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding residential conveyancing department in Tunbridge Wells.
They are looking for a motivated Residential Conveyancer, with relevant experience, to join their team of conveyancers and additional support staff.
The role:
The work consists of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity as well as shared ownership, leasehold, new build and unregistered land.
Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 1 year handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
* Have worked in Residential Conveyancing as a Conveyancing Executive, or a Licenced Conveyancer.
* Be able to manage your own caseload.
* Have excellent communication skills and be enthusiastic, organised and determined in order to help the department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner.
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook as well as experience using case management systems
