We are currently searching for an experienced TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our established team based in Kemble near Cirencester. At Resource Group our customers rely on the right people to provide industry approved training to develop software and systems to improve business for our clients. We work with OEMs, operators and support businesses across Aviation, Aerospace, Rail, Automotive, National Security and Defence markets as well as related technical markets and applications.

This would be the perfect chance for a TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join us as you will be responsible for managing all the development programs, staffing tasks, internal quality procedures and supporting the Head of Training Development & eLearning services.

Responsibilities to the ATT Head of Operations and Training for the following:
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the ATT Training Development function.
  • Management and delivery of training development services for ATT clients, meeting customer satisfaction KPI's and targets.
  • Services including but not limited to the analysis, scoping and recommendation of solutions to the client.
  • Maintaining and managing effective controls throughout the ATT training development function.
  • Managing costs within budgetary requirements.
  • Managing and developing ATT Instructional Developers.
  • Identify additional business opportunities through the training development function.
  • Ownership of the project management of new initiatives from inception to successful implementation.
  • Ensuring that all members of training development staff comply with operating objectives and standards of performance and conduct.

Experience:
  • Significant experience in training development, technical authoring or instructional design.
  • Previous management experience.
  • It would be desirable to have experience in project management and learning design systems.
