Recruitment Resourcer

Kinect are looking for a talented recruitment resourcer for a busy and fast paced desk in Milton Keynes.

This person will be driven, hardworking and ideally have some recruitment experience or a sales background. You will have an enthusiastic approach to work and will be interested in specialist recruitment.

We offer a relaxed work environment, excellent commission / bonuses and will give the opportunity to progress to a recruitment consultant or account management position.

Duties Include:

• Create job specifications and advertise vacancies
• Source suitable candidates using inhouse databases, online job boards and social media
• Assist with compliance and record management
• Attend meetings when required

• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads which continually change
• IT literate
• Common sense approach to problem solving
