Salary: GBP23,994.76 to GBP26,876.60 including geographical allowance
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, a flexible approach to work is a requirement for this role.

We are looking to recruit a Service Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team of support workers to collectively enable our customers to realise their hopes, dreams and aspirations in our new service providing support to Customers with Learning Disabilities and Mental Ill Health Support Needs. You will be expected to participate in all aspects of people management as well as to carry out quality assurance of the support we deliver to maintain our high standards.
About the role of Service Manager:
Within this role you will be managing supported living services for a highly reputable, charitable organisation which specialise in learning disabilities and mental ill health throughout the UK.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have experience of working with people with learning difficulties and/or mental ill health coupled with a proven background in leading a team that delivers a similar care and support service. Working alongside the Locality Manager and other external agencies, an understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite, as is a passion about ensuring the service we deliver is tailored to the individual needs of our customers and follows our person-centred approach. You should also have experience of dealing with the development and growth of a similar service.
As our customers are located across the county, the ability to drive and access to a vehicle is essential.
