Property Admin Officer
Brook Street are working with the Home Office based at Govan. The position is for a highly capable administrator who will to join a friendly team initially on a temporary basis but may have possibility of an extension.
To oversee the administration of fleet vehicles, security passes, inventory, accommodation faults and IT requests and provide cover in the mail room and escort contractors without security clearance as required.
You will be providing support to the existing team and completing administrative duties whilst overseeing the administration of organising PST training. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in the public sector
Working with a focused and passionate team, you will have a varied workload that can include sorting and distributing mail, filing, working with data, answering phone calls and relaying accurate messages to the concerned party. You'll use your expert communication skills and ability to work well with others to succeed in your role, and with help and expert advice you'll be up and running in no time.
