Property Maintenance Coordinator

Hall & Woodhouse is a Dorset-based family-owned, regional brewer.

Founded over 230 years ago, we started brewing Badger beer and running pubs. The company still brews Badger ales and have 200 pub-restaurants, hotels and inns across the south of England. We are now recruiting for a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join the Hospitality Co Team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Property Helpdesk in the delivery of great customer service to our Public Houses through high standard administrative processes.

You will be responsible for logging reactive maintenance issues raised by our public houses, allocating appropriate contractors and processing invoices for the work.

In addition, you will facilitate instructing contractors in regard to the planned maintenance programme within the public house estate.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable administration experience in a commercial office environment. Knowledge of the pub or hospitality industry would be advantageous. You will have strong time management skills and be able to work under pressure on multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail. You will be customer focused, with the ability to instill trust into the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
