Recruitment Consultant - Sales
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant based in our Newcastle office; the successful candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to develop new business.
To manage and develop the Temporary side of the recruitment business;
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies;
To generate new business opportunities through telephone and face to face sales to maximise revenue;
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, magazines and social media to attract and recruit quality candidates;
Utilising our candidate database to match the right person to the client`s vacancy;
Maintain regular client and candidate contact;
Complete all relevant office administration.
Strong sales experience
Ability to build and maintain working relationships
A "can do" attitude
Good Telephone manner
High-quality negotiation ability
Excellent customer service skills
Background in Recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
