We have a vacancy for a Handyman / Caretaker to join our rapidly growing Lincolnshire based client. You will be hard working and self-motivated, not afraid to turn your hand to anything. The Handyman will be required to work across the company’s several Coningsby sites.

General Handyman’s key responsibilities:

• Carry out regular inspections throughout the site and buildings to ensure health and safety compliance
• Keeping the sites clear of weeds and litter
• Ensure gullies and drains are kept free from debris
• Lawn mowing and strimming
• Perform routine maintenance including, replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing and electrical work
• Able to identify and rectify potential safety hazards
• Painting and decorating both external and internal
• Move equipment and furniture as required
• Basic joinery skills

Personal Handyman specification:

• Able to work on your own initiative with little supervision
• Previous experience as a Handyman / Caretaker desirable
• Driving license not essential but preferred
• Good team player
• Able to listen to instructions and follow site rules
• Friendly and approachable with good interpersonal skills
• Competent using hand and power tools
