ESR and Agenda for Change Team Leader

As a result of internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced profession to join the Transaction Workforce Team. The role purpose is to support and enhanced the provision of a high quality, cost effective ESR and Agenda for Change service responsive to the needs of managers and staff throughout the NTW Group.

The post holder will be responsible for:

• Providing all supervisory/management support  to the ESR Team which includes a number of officers and coordinator, but also indirectly across the Recruitment Team
• Organising and prioritising the ESR and A4C work plan in conjunction with the recruitment Team Leader to ensure workflows across the team
• To ensure through effective systems, processes and data cleanses that ESR is up to date and accurate
• To support and contribute to system developments and process improvements to the services Transactional Workforce offer
• Ensure A4C panels are arranged efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
• To work effectively with colleagues across the NTW Group for example; finance and staff side, but also externally by attending ESR Sigs, Payroll meetings etc.
• Deputising for the Recruitment and ESR Team Manager as and when required
