Senior Support Worker - Mental Health - Waking Nights
Are you a qualified and experienced Mental Health Support worker who would like to be a part of a ground-breaking new project in Manchester?
We are looking for a talented, dedicated and creative individual to lead the waking nights shifts in a brand new Step-Down Recovery service for adults leaving hospital after an acute mental health diagnosis.
This is a senior role and as such you will need to have had previous supervisory or team leader experience within a care setting.
The waking nights element of this role is varied but with a focus on monitoring service users and collating staff workbook data.
As there will be occasions where you will be lone working, this is a role that demands a candidate who is proactive, self directed and able to think on their feet.
You will be supported with on-call staff and management should you require them but for the most part you will be leading the shift and responsible for your own work load.

To be put forward for this amazing opportunity it is ESSENTIAL that you have:
Experience of working within the mental health sector
Experience of supervising or leading a team
Flexibility to work strictly waking night shifts
(An NVQ Level 3 alongside a full drivers licence are desirable but not essential)
