Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a Support Service Assistant to join our National Minimum Data Set for Social Care (NMDS-SC) Team.
By delivering an excellent customer service you will significantly contribute to the team’s aim to be recognised as the leading source of workforce intelligence for the social care sector. In this role you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the social care sector in completing their NMDS-SC online accounts.
The successful candidate will support user acceptance testing of the NMDS-SC system and provide information and assistance on the Skills for Care offer to employers and stakeholders.
We are looking for a person who is able to work under pressure whilst maintaining professionalism and accuracy, have a strong attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team. You will have excellent written and spoken English skills and ideally an Intermediate level of IT skills, experience of using Microsoft Office and using call logging systems.
In return we will offer you full training on our bespoke NMDS-SC and internal logging systems.
