Our client, an estate agent based in Colchester are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their great team.

We are looking to recruit an experienced property Sales Negotiator, who knows the local area and property market very well. A proven track record in a property and estate agency sales environment is essential to be considered for this vacancy.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be required to:

Handle customer enquiries in full, from both vendor and seller

Follow up enquiries

Arrange and attend viewings

Gain and deliver viewings feedback

Negotiate and close offers

Actively promote the company name and brand at all times

Gain new and additional business through mortgage referrals etc.

Manage diary and database

Requirements for the role:

A successful history and proven track record in residential property sales

Driving licence and owner of a vehicle

Strong knowledge of the local property market

Self-motivated, sales and target orientated mindset

Articulate, presentable and well spoken
