Permanent, Full Time (37 hours per week)

We are a non-profit housing association providing valued housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders all over Gloucester. We have ambitious plans to grow by developing more new homes, expanding our commercial offers and improve our tenant’s services.

We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills, an inquisitive and forensic mind with an excellent customer centric service approach.  You will help support our high level Governance arrangements, focussing on business continuity and assurance linked to our risk management framework.

Key responsibilities include leading the British Standards ISO 9001:2015 accreditation process, managing our the internal quality audit function; the development, improvement and implementation of the risk and compliance management frameworks, including reporting on our KPI’s and targets linked to five strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have come from a similar role within a housing or similarly regulated environment so will be familiar with these processes.

You will need to be a good communicator and be confident in working with a wide range of different stakeholders including Board members, leadership teams, managers, staff, our tenants and suppliers, providing advice and support on this subject area.
