Position: Operations Manager (Supported Housing)
Location: Dorset
Salary: GBP35,000-GBP40,000
Duration: 6 months
THE ROLE
Greenacre Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Manager to oversee a portfolio of Supported Housing projects for a Housing Association in Dorset. This role is for an initial 6 months but could turn into a more permanent opportunity. The organisation is looking to radically improve their service provision across a range of client groups and this role will play a key part in this journey.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Managing a team of 5-6 service managers across a variety of supported services including DV refuges and Young Persons projects.
* Working closely with staff to upskill and develop core competencies.
* Work closely with senior managemrnt to help develop a more modern corporate culture.
* Completing returns on a monthly basis.
* Ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
* Relevant experience within a supported housing environment.
* A proven track record in managing support staff.
* An enthusiastic, confident management style.
