Title: Android / Kotlin Developers
Location: Oxford
Salary: flexible - depending on level of experience.
Great opportunity to join a fast growing mobile technology company in Oxford.
They are expanding their native Android team and are looking to hire 2 further Android Developers who have experience of Kotlin.
You will be responsible for contributing ideas and features to their core technology platform as well as end user applications. You'll have a focus of helping them build new features in Kotlin.
Key skills/experience required:
-Proficient understanding of Kotlin
-Strong knowledge of Android platform and related technologies with a proven history of shipping Android apps
-Experience with automated testing on Android and continuous integration
-Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
-Know what is needed to monitor the app in production, get crash reports, usage metrics, etc
-A degree in Computer Science or related discipline
-Knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio and Gradle
Desirable:
-Experience using Android Architecture components
-Effectively worked in an Agile/Scrum environment
-Familiarity with Location, the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers etc and scanning for Wifi and BLE
