This company is looking for an innovative, tech-savvy and results-oriented Marketing Executive. The ideal applicant will have experience of B2B marketing, preferably within the financial service sector, and the ability to juggle varied tasks and responsibilities.

Required skills:
- 1+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services
- Multi-tasking and prioritising in a fast-paced work environment
- An enthusiastic, creative thinker
- Ability to understand and utilise data to make informed decisions
- Experience of marketing automation software
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise ad hoc requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on strategy and execution of the overall B2B Marketing initiatives
- Lead the development and delivery of payment and hedging campaigns in current and expansion geographies
- Drive customer insights (primary and secondary research) and provide action oriented market and competitor analysis and recommendations
- Measure and provide insight across a number of success criteria, including: paid search performance, automation campaigns (open rates, CTRs, lead stage conversion, pipeline and revenue influence), registration/usage metrics
- Build integrated campaigns with Sales teams to deliver on targets
- Working with design and content teams to deliver engaging and differentiated collateral and sales enablement programs
- Manage Stakeholder relationships and build good working partnership with vendors and affiliate partners
- Responsible for compliance checks and conforming with regulation on all marketing activity
- Be a brand ambassador
- Confident and capable of navigating the needs of Sales, the Customer and the business
- Results driven with exceptional analytical and technical skills and an ability to challenge and be challenged on metrics to ensure your decisions are well founded
- Other responsibilities as assigned
