An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an IT Business Partner to join us working within the Care division of the business.

Within this role, you will ensure the business units within the group are running at an efficient capacity, using business analyst skills identifying areas of weakness in Systems and Processes and owning these issues, seeing solutions through to completion. Approaching work in a methodical manner, ensuring projects are completed within timescales with risk mitigation, you will identify and share best practice across the group at the system and process level for any department.

You will be required to assist in business development of the Group by responding to PQQ/ITT documents, attending potential and current client meetings, forums and dialogue sessions, presenting and representing Mears in a professional and positive manner.

Candidates will have proven experience within a Domiciliary Care business with analysis experience, coupled with BCS Business Analysis Foundation, ITIL Foundation, ideally Prince 2 or equivalent.  You will have the ability to make informed decisions that reflect the standards and objectives of your Line Manager, IT Director and Mears Group PLC. With proven project management experience, you will have project lead a systems mobilisation/de-mobilisation, committed to delivering projects within deadlines, whilst proactively identifying and assisting in implementation of service improvements.

The successful candidate will spend time within Care Branches, our Care Support Team are based in Cholcester, however this role is a remote nationwide role with the ability to work from home when not working within a Care Branch.
