Gi Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team.
You will be working alongside an experienced Gi Group management team on a high volume contract.
The Role:
*Management of the existing account team
*Supporting with the recruitment process
*Production of management information
*Maintain and improve the client relationship
*Attendance at client meetings and service reviews
*Audit and compliance
*Collation and analysis of data
*Ensure all KPI's are exceeded
*Day to day workforce management including performance management
*Disciplinary/HR issues
You need to be:
A pro-active and committed individual who can manage a team to successfully complete our clients busy period and beyond. It is essential that you ensure the quality of service delivered is outstanding and meets all client requirements.
You will be willing to support your team in all aspects of the job.
A good understanding of Excel is essential.
Experience of high volume recruitment and recruitment management is desirable.
Flexibility to the working of hours required is essential.
