Looking for a Sous Chef to join a brigade of 6. You need to have a real passion for developing their own fine dining repertoire. You will work along side the rest of the brigade and the Head Chef using garden to table ingredients from local producers to create modern British/European part Asian and part fusion A La Carte Menu, Tasting Menu, Terrace and Events menu. You need to understand profit margins, menu planning and food paring.
