Quality and Facilities Manager
Remuneration: GBP27,000-GBP30,000
Location: Northampton
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, successful retail company. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Warehouse Manager position.
The position is based at their Distribution Centre in Crick and they're offering a package of up to GBP30,000 per annum. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00-17.00.
This position is for a busy FMCG retailer and experience in a similar background will be beneficial.

The Role
As Quality & Facilities Manager you will work closely with a number of key stakeholders to lead continuous improvement and drive successful process implementation. You will be responsible for the cost-effective management of services and processes that support the core of the business and you will lead and coordinate initiatives to optimize commercial return whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service delivery and values are implemented. You will ensure that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. You will create, lead and review processes to ensure site quality.
The Person
To apply for the role you must have 2+ years' experience as a Quality & Facilities Manager with a strong understanding of delivering continuous improvement processes.
You must have
• Superb people management and leadership skills
• Be numbers driven
• Be a proficient Excel user
• Effective communication skills
