Site Maintenance Assistant
THE ROLE:
Working for a nationally renowned facilities management company, you will join their buildings and site maintenance team in Bath, ensuring that this multi-purpose site is maintained to a very high standard.
You will work as a member of the site team providing both a planned and responsive maintenance service. You will also be part of the "call out" team who is responsible for emergency maintenance. UK drivers licence is required.
This busy site includes accommodation blocks, office buildings and retail / commercial premises.
You will be tasked with the general upkeep of this busy site, highlighting issues that need addressing and reporting maintenance requirements to your general manager.
Typical duties will include general buildings / gardens maintenance, small mechanical repairs and ensuring a tidy site is kept at all times.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for people who have performed a site maintenance role before. You will have a drivers licence and be happy to be part of the call out rota.
Living locally to Bath, you will ideally have experience maintaining buildings, gardens or building services in a previous or current role.
