GREAT CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR AMBITIOUS HR ADMINISTRATOR TO JOIN THRIVING GLOBAL RETAILER.

My Client is one of the UK's leading retailers, with a very successful Manchester business and an important head Office just outside the city centre. They are now looking for an ambitious, personable and capable HR Administrator to join this busy team.

You could be a HR graduate at degree or HND (or similar ) level, who is looking to progress in HR after 1-2 years experience.
Or an experienced HR professional looking to use that experience in a busy environment.
You must have strong administration skills, be very computer literate ( good excel skills are a must), and be able to form strong relationships with the rest of your team.

The key responsibilities of the role will include:

Maintenance of the Dufry Connect HR database, recording all information accurately to strict deadlines;
Keeping trackers and records up to date;
Updating Personnel Files, ensuring that HR related information is organized in an agreed and easy to follow format;
Contractual administration including preparing contracts, amendments to contracts , resignation and reference letters;
Completing regular file audits, ensuring information is stored in accordance with data protection and immigration legislation;
Produce regular H&S and ad hoc HR related reports as and when required;
Provide advice and support to line managers on the company benefits, policies and procedures in dealing with any employee relations;
Pass office administration and advice;
Assist the HR Team in as hoc Recruitment and Training initiatives;
General office duties: filling, answering calls, room booking.

Computer literate (good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and able to use their initiative
Able to work unsupervised
Understand the importance to maintain confidentiality

Working towards a HR degree and CIPD qualification would be desirable.
