The job
As Packaging Manager, you will be a key member of a talented and hardworking production team, responsible for the day-to-day running of a busy production facility.
You will take ownership of the production process implementing a culture of continuous improvement, ensure a safe and hygienic working environment, provide overall leadership to the production operation, manage and motivate the team, identify members of the team with the ability and willingness to progress, continuously improve manufacturing processes and ensure production targets are met whilst still maintaining high quality standards.
Your experience
You will be an organised and motivational individual who has strong production experience within food production / processing. You will have a good understanding of quality and food safety aspects of food manufacturing, have solid interpersonal and people management skills plus the ability to interpret data and identify suitable actions.
