Account Manager / Delivery Consultant x 2 (from any sector) - Sales Recruitment - Manchester. Our client is a high-performing, full service recruitment agency which places Sales and Marketing professionals into corporate client's sales forces across the UK from its Manchester offices.
An exciting opportunity now exists for two recruitment consultants to join the team in Manchester in "180 degree" Account Manager / Delivery Consultant roles. Applications are welcome from Recruitment Consultants from any sector who would like to take on a busy desk, servicing one or two large national clients, each making 50-100 hires per year. There is no new business development in these roles.
Salary / Remuneration
* GBP20,000 - GBP38,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
* Competitive uncapped commission - 15% of all fee revenue after threshold (OTE GBP60,000+).
* Flexible benefits package including pension, healthcare, expensed mobile phone, excellent working environment with onsite restaurant, regular incentives, LinkedIn Recruiter and contract parking on qualification.
The Role
The focus of the role is candidate delivery into several existing major accounts, placing permanent sales and marketing vacancies into these national sales teams. Typical job titles include Account Manager, Technical Sales, Field Sales Executives, Business Development, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers etc??? You will immediately acquire key accounts within the business and play an active role in developing and nurturing these accounts to ensure maximum visibility. You will delivery repeat business in the form of instructions, manage multiple vacancies and recruitment processes, and secure ongoing placements.
Person Specification
* You will have at least 12 months recruitment experience (any sector / market - can be permanent or contract) and have a genuine desire / interest to move into an Account Manager / Delivery Consultant role managing a very busy desk, filling sales and marketing vacancies.
* Graduate calibre with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Able to demonstrate a track record in effective candidate sourcing.
* Able to sustain and develop excellent client relationships based on recruitment delivery and quality of service.
* Capable of effectively working multiple vacancies and interview processes across the whole of the UK at any one time.
