ROLE: F&B ASSISTANT
HOURS: FULL TIME
RATE PERIOD ANNUM
SALARY: GBP15,600
Simple Recruitment services are recruiting for 2 F&B assistant to work with on of the finest 5star retirement village in the Berkshire area it comes with a total luxurious Spa, Restaurant and Bristo.
From the simple to the finest cuisine, beautiful settings in heritage buildings, and, of course the very best people.
Our clients looks to you to ensure the day to day smooth running of an exceptional department. You will set a great example to our warm, empathetic and efficient team. You'll take pride in your work by paying particular attention to the detail for our owners and customers who expect the finer things in life.
The Role
•Work to ensure our owners and customers receive outstanding, personalised service
•You will ensure you adhere to legislative requirements such as COSHH, Fire Safety, Food safety, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding of our owners
•Maintain high standards of comfort,cleanliness ,and hygiene throughout the bistro,restaurant and customer areas of the village
•Maintain the highest standards of dress appearance and hygiene at all times in line with Audley's uniform standards.
•To take all guests orders for food and beverage and to post them through EPOS.
•To check if drinks have been ordered by hostess or supervisor.
•To be aware of the Brand standards, Mystery Customer, and respect them at all times.
•Make sure that all food and beverage items are picked up from kitchen and bar, as soon as possible.
•To ensure that all bills are properly itemised and checked before the bill is presented to the guest.
•To know regulations around the license and law, health and safety as well as the fire procedure in the village.
•To have a good knowledge of food and beverage served in the restaurant and a fair knowledge about the other facilities in the village.
