The job
In this role you will be working within a talented team which is responsible for providing a professional, effective and efficient administrative support to the technical and QA function.
You will develop an effective and harmonious relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues and carry out key tasks in line with business requirements to ensure quality systems are compiled with.
Other responsibilities include managing complaints, generation of technical/quality data, compiling retailer KPI reports, artwork checks, prepare internal audit packs and support production teams in resolving quality issues.
Your experience
To be considered for the Technical Administrator role, you will be educated to an HND / degree level in a food based subject and/or possess experience of working in a technical role within food manufacturing. You will have an awareness of quality systems and finished product specifications - any experience of retailer specifications would be a benefit. You will be highly organised with high attention to detail plus possess strong IT skills.
