ABOUT THE ROLE

The Strategy Manager is a newly created role. Supporting the Strategy Director and the Client Service team, you will be responsible for developing programmatic strategy across Cadreon's key clients, responding to clients' digital marketing briefs, keeping abreast of industry developments and identifying new product opportunities, getting involved in new business pitches, and working with clients to develop their understanding of data & technology to support their marketing objectives.

You can expect to be working across top global brands including Amazon, Spotify J&J and Fitbit, supported by the Client Service team who will manage the overall client relationship.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop media strategies for current clients and new business opportunities by assisting the Client Services team in responding to briefs

* Evaluate new offerings in the industry by building data & tech relationships

* Work with key technology partners to develop their product to better support our clients' needs

* Help develop new Cadreon products that we see demand & opportunity for

* Educating agency teams and clients on the latest programmatic trends and capabilities

ABOUT YOU

You should have at least 2 years digital experience either as part of a digital agency or an agency digital team, or working directly within a programmatic role for a network, publisher or ad tech company. This role would suit a Digital Account Manager within an agency looking to get into programmatic, or perhaps a rising star Digital Executive within a digital agency looking to make the next step up. The ideal candidate should be proactive and comfortable working independently. This role has no direct reports but you will need to be comfortable working closely with the wider Cadreon team, who will support.
